Plan the start
Material availability, site access, permitting or HOA needs when included, and the expected sequence are coordinated.
Build the approved scope
The structure, surface, stairs, railings, and finish details are completed around the approved plan.
Clean up and walk through
The project closes with cleanup and a review of the completed work and applicable care information.
When conditions change
Unexpected work should not become a confusing surprise.
If demolition or board removal reveals a condition outside the approved scope, we explain what was found, discuss the available next step, and document additional work before it proceeds.
