A complete project, clearly organized

Resurfacing is a full surface project, not a cosmetic cover-up.

The existing deck is reviewed before worn boards are replaced. After removal, newly exposed conditions can be assessed before the new surface, borders, fascia, stairs, or railings are completed according to the scope.

You do not have to manage the project or figure out every detail by yourself. Tell us what you want to fix, change, or add, and we will guide the process from the first look through the final cleanup.

How we approach the work

A cleaner surface starts with an honest look underneath.

Not every deck qualifies for resurfacing. If the framing is unsuitable or hidden conditions appear after removal, we explain the issue before additional work is approved.

Materials and decisions

Upgrade worn wood to Trex, TimberTech, Deckorators, or another selected composite product.

Composite resurfacing can reduce regular staining and open up color, border, fastening, fascia, and railing options. Installation details follow the selected product and approved scope.

A practical next step

Send the project once. We will help organize the rest.

Share what you want to change and add photos if available. We will review the request and help determine whether a visit, more information, or a written estimate is the right next step.

★★★★★

We replaced our old worn-out wood deck with a new composite deck system and could not be happier with how clean and modern everything looks now. Javi explained the maintenance differences between materials in a simple way without trying to oversell us. The whole process felt calm and professional.

Questions about this service

Clear answers before the work begins.

Every project is different, but the scope and expectations should still be understandable.

What is deck resurfacing?

Resurfacing removes and replaces the deck surface while retaining framing that remains suitable for the approved project. It can also include fascia, stair, and railing work when written into the scope.

Can every deck be resurfaced?

No. The existing structure must be evaluated, and removing old boards can reveal conditions that were not previously visible.

Can you replace wood boards with composite?

Yes, when the existing structure is an appropriate candidate and the framing layout meets the selected product requirements.

Can resurfacing include railings and stairs?

Yes. Railings, stair treads, fascia, and other finish details can be included as part of the written scope.

What happens if damage is found after board removal?

We explain the condition and discuss the practical options before additional work outside the original scope moves forward.
